As the days get warmer and golden hour stretches a little longer, we’re bringing back Sunset Sips to make the most of those long coastal afternoons.

Think cocktails in hand, plates made for sharing, ocean views and time spent with your favourite people.

From La Delizia stracciatella with basil oil, heirloom tomatoes and crostini, paired with our Mini-cello, through to our Raspberry Shortcake Martini alongside baked lemon cheesecake, each pairing has been created to celebrate the flavours of the season.

It's the perfect excuse to make a plan and spend a little longer by the coast.
